摘 要:研究了淬回火温度与冷却介质对抗震钢筋组织与性能的影响。结果表明:在780~900℃之间淬火,抗震钢筋屈强比随着淬火温度的升高而逐渐升高;随着回火温度的升高,抗震钢的屈强比从93.0%降低到89.6%,降低幅度不太明显;在低温水中淬火,钢的屈强比和延性均较低;铁素体或残余奥氏体等软相组织有利于获得较低的屈强比和较好的延性。The effects of quenching, tempering temperature and cooling medium on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high strength anti-earthquake steel were studied. The results show that the yield/strength ratio of the steel gradually increases with the increase of quenching temperature between 780~900 ℃; the yield/strength ratio decreases from 93.0% to 89.6% with the increase of tempering temperature, the reduction ranges is less; after quenched in cold water, the yield/strength ratio and ductility are lower; ferrite or austenite phase and other soft structure are conducive to obtaining a low yield/strength ratio and good ductility
