摘  要:针对本公司CGCE150多功能反重力炉,选用ZL104为试验用铝合金,以尺寸为210 mm×50 mm,厚度分别为3 mm和12 mm铝合金板为试样,研究调压铸造真空度对薄壁铝合金铸件充型能力以及铸件产生针孔缺陷规律的影响。结果表明:按本文制定的浇注参数进行浇注,真空度对铸件充型能力无明显影响。真空度在-10~70 kPa之间时,试样针孔级别没有区别。当真空度增加至-80 kPa,试样针孔缺陷等级呈跳跃性增长,真空度继续增加时,针孔级别无明显变化。According to CGCE150 multifunctional counter-gravity casting furnace, the effect of vacuum on filling ability and pinhole defects of thin-walled high precision aluminum castings in adjustable pressure casting was studied chosing ZL104 as test aluminum alloy and taking the sheets with 210 mm×50 mm× 3 /12 mm as samples. The results show that the effect of vacuum on filling ability is not significant when the samples are poured with the parameters set in the paper. The degree of pinhole defects in the samples has no deference when vacuum between-10 kPa and-70 kPa. A leaping rise of the degree of pinhole defects presents when vacuum increases to-80 kPa. Pinhole defect degree has no significant change when vacuum increases continuously.
