摘　　要：为实现气压式浇注电炉气压控制系统的有效控制,提高整体的铸造效率,对气压式浇注电炉的工作原理进行了分析,在定量浇注的前提下,提出了一种自动控制气压方案,使用PLC实现对基本参数的控制,力求使控制精准稳定。In order to achieve effective control of the control system of pneumatic pressure pouring furnace, improve the overall efficiency of casting, the working principle of pneumatic pressure pouring furnace was analyzed, and an automatic pressure control program was proposed under the premise of quantitative pouring, in which using the PLC achieves the control of basic parameters to make the control accurate and stable.
