摘　　要：利用数控加工技术和陶瓷型壳技术来制造高铁前从板座的陶瓷型精密铸造型壳,实现了铸件的快速精密铸造。该工艺铸造的高铁前从板座具有尺寸精度高,表面光洁度好的特点,可满足高铁铸件的质量要求。The ceramic precision casting mould shell for front draft lug in high speed rail was made by numerical control machining technology and ceramic mould shell technology, and the fast precision casting of the castings was achieved. The front draft lug castings made by the casting technology have high dimensional precision and surface glabrous degree, which can satisfy the quality needs of high-speed rail castings.
