摘  要:目的:探讨鼻骨骨折的MSCT表现及诊断误区。方法:回顾性分析251例鼻骨骨折患者,均行MSCT扫描及图像后处理,包括MPR、MIP及VR。结果:251例骨折中,单纯性骨折84例,60例无明显错位,24例明显错位;粉碎性骨折123例;复合型骨折44例。轴位上正常结构误诊为骨折11例,鼻骨孔6例,缝间骨2例,鼻骨变异(勾形鼻)1例,鼻骨内面压迹2例。结论:MSCT及其后处理能明确地显示鼻骨骨折情况。Objective:To detect the applicable applicable vale of multislice CT and postprocessing techniques in diagnosis of na-sal fracture .Methods :264 patients with nasal trauma performed multislice CT scanning ,all data were postprocessed with MPR (multiplanar reformation) ,MIP (maximum intensity) ,VR (volume rendering) .Results:251cases were nasal fracture ,including simple fracture without significant dislocation in 60 cases ,simple fracture with significant dislocation in 24 cases ,and comminu-ted fracture in 123 cases .On axis position ,11 cases of normal structure were misdiagnosed as fracture ,including 6 cases of nasal aperture ,2 cases of sutural bone ,one case of nasal mutation (hook-shaped nose) ,and 2 cases of the inner pressure trace of na-sal .Conclusion:Multislice CT and postprocessing techniques can show the nasal bone fracture clearly .
