摘  要:目的:探讨MinDose技术对急性胸痛三联排查(triple-rule-out,TRO)图像质量和辐射剂量的影响。方法:50例临床症状表现为急性胸痛并行128层CT回顾性心电门控 TRO的患者,随机分为A组(常规组)、B组(MinDose组),每组25例。A、B组管电流调节技术窗均采用30%~70%的RR间期,A组窗外曝光剂量为全剂量的20%,B组应用MinDose技术,窗外曝光剂量为全剂量的4%。其余扫描参数相同。分析2组图像质量,记录剂量长度乘积,比较有效剂量。采用 t检验比较2组的图像质量和辐射剂量。结果:A、B组图像质量评分分别为(3.06±0.40)分、(2.91±0.44)分,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。B组辐射剂量为(6.47±1.03)mSv ,明显低于 A组的(7.25±1.43)mSv ,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Min-Dose技术可以在保证图像质量的前提下,降低患者的辐射剂量,在TRO低剂量扫描中具有重要价值。Objective:To explore the value of MinDose technique in triple-rule-out CT angiography (TRO-CTA) in patients who were with acute chest pain .Methods :Fifty patients with acute chest pain were randomly assigned to two different retrospectively ECG-gated TRO-CTA protocols :group A (regular group ,n=25) with the tube current reduced to 20% of the normal tube cur-rent outside the pulsing window and group B (low-dose group ,n=25) with the tube current reduced to 4% of the normal tube current outside the pulsing window (MinDose) .Subjective image quality was assessed by two observers in consensus using a four-point scale .Vascular attenuation of aorta and pulmonary artery were analyzed .Estimation of effective dose (ED) was per-formed on the basis of dose length product (DLP) .Image quality and radiation dose were compared with t-test between the two groups .Results:Subjective image quality was rated similar in both groups (3 .06 ± 0 .40 vs .2 .91 ± 0 .44 ,P〉0 .05) .The effective dose of group A was significantly lower than group B ((6 .47 ± 1 .03)mSv vs .(7 .25 ± 1 .43)mSv ,P〈0 .05) .Conclusions :MinD-ose technique in TRO-CTA can provide diagnostic image quality at reduced radiation dose in patients with chest pain .
