摘　　要：目的:探讨腰骶椎椎体后缘离断症的CT诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析45例经手术及病理证实的腰骶椎椎体后缘离断症患者的CT资料和临床表现。结果:本组患者均有腰腿痛表现。CT能确认全部45例椎体后缘离断,CT表现为:椎体后上缘或下缘骨质缺损,边缘硬化;缺损后方有骨块突入椎管;矢状位上缺损区呈"V"形,其后方有骨块"突起";硬膜或神经根受压,可伴有椎间盘突出。结论:CT能明确诊断椎体后缘离断,是目前最佳的诊断技术。Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of CT in the posterior rim separation of the lumbar and sacral vertebra. Methods ： CT findings and clinical features from 45 cases of the posterior vertebral rim separation confirmed by surgical findings and pa thology were analyzed retrospectively. Results ： There is lumbocrural pain in all cases. CT identified the lesion in all 45 cases. The typi cal CT findings included a defect in the posterior vertebral rim with sclerotic edge;the bony fragment posterior to a defect stick out the spinal canal;the bony fragment sticked out from the vertebral body edge which formed the shape of ＂V＂ on the sagittal plane ; compres sion of the dural sac and nerve root, mostly with lumbar disc herniation. Conclusion ： CT can correctly identify the lesion, and has been proven to be the best diagnostic examination technique for the posterior rim separation of the lumbar and sacral vertebra.
