摘　　要：在分析充模流动机理基础上 ,从粘性流体力学的质量、动量和能量方程出发 ,针对塑料注射成型特点 ,经过量纲分析和引入合理而必要的假设 ,建立了描述塑料注射成型充模流动过程的数学模型 ,重点讨论了注射模充填阶段数值分析的方法。Based on the analysis of the flowing mechanism in the filling course of the injection mould, started from the continuity, momentum and energy equations of the viscous fluid mechanics, in view of the plastics injecting fomring characteristics, and through dimensional analysis and some reasonable assumptions, a mathematical model simulating the plastics filling and flowing process in the injection mould was set up. And the method for the numerical analysis in the filling stage of the injection mould was proposed.
