消失模铸造涂料高温性能测试仪的研制

摘　　要：针对消失模铸造涂料的高温行为 ,提出了消失模铸造涂料高温性能的测试方法 ,研制出了消失模铸造涂料高温性能测试仪。用该仪器测试了消失模铸造涂料的高温透气性、高温强度、EPS热解产物排出涂层的过程。试验结果表明 :该仪器自动化程度高、操作简单 。Aiming at high heat performance of EPC coating,testing method for such has been put forth to develop a gauge which has tested high heat permeability,high temperature strength,process of EPS pyrolysis product out of the coating which have shown that this gauge is high automatic easy to operation one with high reliability and sensibility.
