摘 要:目的:探讨3D-doctor 软件在 MSCT 肝脏体积测量的应用价值。方法成年巴马公猪1头行 CT 扫描后,分别用 GE ADW4.4工作站软件、3D-doctor 软件测量肝脏 CT 体积及溢水法测量离体肝脏体积。收集成年受试者32例,分别用 GE ADW4.4工作站软件及3D-doctor 软件测量肝脏体积。32例受试者中随机选取15例进行重复测量。结果分别用 GE ADW4.4工作站、3D-doctor 软件和溢水法测量猪肝脏体积为643.47 cm3、670.22 cm3、660.00 cm3。以溢水法测量结果为标准,3D-doctor 软件及 GE ADW4.4工作站软件测量肝脏体积结果差异率分别为2.5%、1.5%。分别用 GE ADW4.4工作站软件、3D-doctor 软件测量32例受试者肝脏体积均数为(1024.68±328.59)cm3、(1026.43±327.67)cm3。2种测量方法所得肝脏体积之间无差异(t =-0.403,P=0.690)。经 Bland-Altman 图分析,2种方法测量结果一致性较好。使用3D-doctor 软件,同一操作者重复测量15例受试者肝脏体积及2位操作者之间测量结果组内相关系数(intraclass correlation coefficient,ICC)为1,Cronbach’s alpha 系数为1。结论3D-doctor 软件在测量 MSCT 肝脏体积上具有可靠性、一致性及重复性,能为临床提供参考数据指导诊断与治疗。Objective To evaluate the value of liver volume measurement with 3D-doctor computer-aided software at MSCT. Methods One male adult Bama mini pig was underwent CT scan.Pig’s liver CT volume was measured with GE ADW4.4 workstat-tion,3D-doctor computer-aided software,respectively.In vitro,liver volume was measured by drainage.Collected 32 patients that underwent CT scan.All patients’liver CT volumes were measured with GE ADW4.4 workstattion,3D-doctor computer-aided soft-ware,respectively.Randomly selected 1 5 patients in 32 subjects,and used 3D-doctor computer-aided software to repeated measure the liver volume by two operators and one operator at different time.Results A Bama mini pig’s liver volume,measured by ADW4.4 workstattion,3D-doctor computer-aided software and drainage,was 643.47 cm3 ,670.22 cm3 ,660.00 cm3 ,respectively. Used the liver volume of drainage as the standard to compare,the differences liver volume of 3D-doctor computer-aided software and ADW4.4 workstattion was 2.5%,1.5%,respectively.Thirty-two subjects’mean liver volume,measured by ADW4.4 workstat-tion,3D-doctor computer-aided software,were (1 024.68 ± 328.59)cm3 、(1 026.43 ± 327.67)cm3 ,respectively.There was no statistically significant different between that of the two measurement methods(t = -0.403,P =0.690).Liver volume with two measurement methods was good consistency by Bland-Altman method.Used 3D-doctor computer-aided software to repeated measure the liver volume by two operators and one operator at different time,the ICC was 1 and Cronbach's alpha was 1.Conclusion It is reliable,consistent and reproducibile by using 3D-doctor computer-aided software to measure liver volume at MSCT.
