摘 要:采用粒度分析、光学显微镜和扫描电镜对喷射沉积CuSn合金过喷粉末的粒度分布、外观形貌及显微组织特征进行了表征。结果表明:随着粉末颗粒尺寸的减小,颗粒表面变得光滑,形状规则;粉末CuSn10和CuSn15的平均粒径约为55μm和58μm;粉末的微观组织与颗粒尺寸有关,大尺寸以树枝晶为主,小尺寸以胞状晶为主;过喷粉末的冷却速度达105K·s-1。The characteristics of over-spray powder of CuSn alloys were studied in present investigation. The shapes, size distribution and microstructure of over-spray powder were observed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope SEM and size distribution apparatus. The results show that the particles surface becomes smooth with decreasing particle size. The average diameters are about 51μm and 58μm for CuSn10 and CuSnl5 alloys. The microstructure depends on the diameter of the particles, the larger particles were characterized by dendrite structure, and the small ones were characterized by cell-dendrite structure. The average cooling rate is about 105 K s-1.
