摘 要:以汽车用泡沫铝合金为研究对象,建立了泡沫铝合金力学性能分析模型。采用Ansys workbench软件static structure模块,利用有限元分析法对泡沫铝合金模型进行模拟分析,得出了泡沫铝合金模型总变形、等效应力以及等效弹性应变分布。结果表明,泡沫铝合金模型最大变形位于模型加压的表面,变形量为1.28×10-4mm,最大等效应力为6.73×105Pa,最小等效应力为5.54×103Pa,最大等效弹性应变为3.37×10-6。The mechanical analysis model of aluminum alloy foam was established by using automotive aluminum alloy foam as research object. The finite element analysis method was adopted to analyze the aluminum alloy foam model by making use of Ansys workbench of static structure module. The distribution of total deformation, equivalent stress and equivalent elastic strain was researched. The results show that, the maximum deformation of the aluminum alloy foam model is on the pressure surface. The deformation is 1.28×104mm. The maximum equivalent stress is 6.73×105Pa. The minimum equivalent stress is 5.54×103 Pa. The maximum equivalent elastic strain is 3.37×10-6.
