摘 要:采用常规力学性能测试手段和显微分析技术(OM、SEM)对以TMCP工艺为基础的高强度管线钢的强韧特性和组织结构进行研究。结果表明:该管线钢的金相组织以板条贝氏体和针状铁素体为主,单个小板条长2~5μm,宽0.2-0.5μm;若干小板条紧密结合在一起组成一组板条束,尺寸为2~5μm;不同位置组织的微观特征不同,细小的组织是其优良综合性能的微观保证。An ultra-low carbon high strength pipeline steel was processed on a pilot-plant scale. The optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and routine mechanical properties test were used to analyze the microstructure of pipeline steel which experienced controlled rolling and controlled cooling, and the relationship among microstructure and mechanical properties was studied. The results indicate that the microstructure of the steel is primarily lower bainite and acicular ferrite. The size of single lath-bainite is 2-5 μm in length and 0.2.4).5 μm in width. The micro-characteristics of different regions were different, and the fine tissues can provide good match of high strength and toughness.
