摘  要:采用手工电弧炉熔炼、水冷铜模冷却制备了Ni-Cr-Fe-Nb基合金。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和透射电镜等对铸态合金的组织进行研究,并对该合金的力学性能进行测试。结果表明:铸态合金为非晶/纳米晶复合材料,晶内析出相细小,平均晶粒尺寸17.70 nm;室温压缩和拉伸实验表明该合金为塑性材料,在压缩实验中合金表现出了加工硬化现象,拉伸断口特征符合韧性断裂机制。A manual electric arc furnace and water-cooled copper mould were used to prepare Ni-Cr-Fe-Nb based alloy. The microstructure of the alloy as-cast was examined by XRD, SEM, TEM and etc. The mechanical properties of the alloy as-cast were tested. The results show that: as-cast alloy is amorphous/nanocrystalline material. The precipitation in grain is fine and the average grain size is 17.70 nm. The compression and tensile experiment show that the alloy is plastic material. The work hardening is found during the compression experiment and the tensile fracture characteristics conform to the ductile fracture mechanism.
