摘 要:以汽车外板广泛应用的WH180BD+Z热镀锌板为对象,从表面粗糙度、显微形貌、辉光镀层等方面分析不同板料表面形貌的特征。通过涂装试验,分析了涂装后的板料表面粗糙度和桔皮特征,探讨热镀锌板不同表面形貌对涂装影响的作用机制。结果显示,降低表面轮廓算术平均偏差Ra、提高峰值数RPc和降低热镀锌板表面铝含量更有利于提升板料表面的涂装性能。As a type of hot dip galvanizing sheet, the WH180BD+Z which was widely used in some of the external parts of vehicle, was studied. Its surface characteristics were investigated from its surface roughness, micromorphology and glow discharge spectrometry (GDS). The coating performances such as coated surface roughness and orange peel (OP) were analyzed by the coating experiment for sheets. The OP mechanism in coating was also discussed from different surface characteristics of sheets. The results show that it is very helpful for coating by reducing the arithmetical average deviation (Ro), improving peak count (RPo) for profiles and lowering aluminum content in sheets.
