摘 要:采用场发扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和拉伸实验研究了不同的奥氏体化保温时间对双相区保温+Q&P热处理和Q&P热处理两种工艺的组织和性能。结果表明:经Q&P热处理的实验用钢,在奥氏体区保温60 s时,得到的组织为马氏体+铁素体+残余奥氏体;经过双相区保温+Q&P热处理,奥氏体区保温60 s时,得到的组织为马氏体+残余奥氏体,随保温时间的延长,两种热处理工艺得到的组织均为马氏体+残余奥氏体;随奥氏体区保温时间的延长,Q&P热处理和双相区保温+Q&P热处理抗拉强度均呈先升高后降低的趋势,伸长率均逐渐降低。其中在奥氏体保温60 s时,双相区保温+Q&P热处理得到的强塑性最好。The effects of different austenitized holding time on microstructure and mechanical properties of two processes that intercritieal insulation +Q&P process and Q&P process were studied by means of field emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and tensile tests. The results show that the microstructure of Q&P heat treatment is martensite+ ferrite +retained austenite when insulating 60 s at anstenite region; the microstructure of intercritical insulation +Q&P heat treatment is martensite +retained austenite insulating the same time. The microstructures of two kinds of heat treatment processes are both martensite+retained austenite with the increase of holding time. The tensile strength of two kinds of heat treatment processes both increase at first and then decrease, and the elongations both decrease with the increase of holding time. The strong plasticity is the best ofintercritical insulation+Q&P heat treatment in the 60s of the austenite insulation
