摘 要:通过对Cr12型钢波纹炉胆顶压模化学成分及显微组织的检测,分析了模具发生磨损及开裂等早期失效的原因,针对上述原因提出了改进的高温固溶双细化处理+等温淬火热处理新工艺。结果表明,自此工艺应用于生产后,模具强韧性显著提高,产品质量稳定,使用寿命提高了2.5倍,取得良好效果。Through the detection for chemical composition and microstructure of Crl2 type steel of corrugated fumace die, the reasons for early failure caused by wear and cracking were analyzed, and in view of the above reasons, a new improved technology of heat treatment that high temperature solution and double refine treatment plus isothermal quenching process was put forward. The results show that since the process is used in production, the strength and toughness of the die improve significantly, and the product quality is stable. Service life is increased by 2.5 times and the better result is remarkable.
