摘 要:利用菌根接种技术,丹参幼苗接种固体培养的SMF34菌株后,在温室和试验田条件下栽培,比较处理组和对照组在表观性状、生物量、总酚酸和丹酚酸B含量间的差异,结果处理组丹参均优于对照组。该活性菌株经形态和分子鉴定为拟青霉属Paecilomyces sp.真菌。提示该活性菌对丹参生长发育和丹酚酸含量的提高具有促进作用,是一株具有很好应用和研究价值的真菌。Using mycorrhizal inoculation technology, seedlings of Salvia miltiorrhiza (danshen) were innoculated with solid cultured SMF34 strain and cultivated in greenhouse and test field. The apparent character biomass, total phenolic acid and salvianolic acid B content were compared between the treatment group and control group. The results indicated that the treatment group were superior to the control group. The active strain was identified as Paecilomyces sp. by mophological and molecular identification. It suggested that the fungus was able to promote the growth and increase the content of salvianolic acid of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
