摘  要:本文采用热电偶(58点和12点)对弧型连铸小方坯结晶器的温度进行检测的结果表明:生产过程结晶器温度场是不稳定的,结晶器同一高度的横截面上温度分布不均匀,铸坯在结晶器中搭靠在结晶器某一面或两面上;结晶器温度检测是在线获得坯壳凝固状况信息的必要条件;结晶器温度与铸坯表面质量、设备状态和漏钢等密切相关。找出表征潜在故障的温度分布规律,可为在线故障预报和铸坯质量在线诊断提供依据。The temperature distribution and heat flow of mould affect the quality and productivity of billet in CC. This paper described the temperature measuring of curved mould for billet by using thermocouples of 58 and 12 points respectively. The results showed that mould temperature field was unstable during the process. The temperature distribution on the trans-section at same height was uneven. Abnormal temperature was related closely with breakout, nozzle centring, level, lubrication and longitudinal crack. The measurement of mould temperature is the required condition for on-line obtaining the information of strand solidificating. The temperature profile of apparent potential accidents can be found out by accumalating and analysing a lot of measured datas to provide with basis for on-line forecasting of accident and on-line diagnosis of strand quality.
