摘 要:根据车用空调压缩机A390铝合金斜盘材质、力学性能要求及形状结构特点,设计了带局部加压补缩的间接挤压铸造工艺方案。采用整体比压为100MPa,延时2.8s后对斜盘中心厚大部位实施180MPa的局部加压且保持压力6s的间接挤压铸造工艺,能有效消除过共晶铝合金斜盘铸件内部缩孔、缩松缺陷,所获得铸件内部组织致密,尺寸精度高,初生Si分布均匀细小,平均尺寸为25μm左右,铸件表面层无明显贫Si区缺陷,且加压补缩过程自动控制,加压启动时间、保压时间参数可调,适合批量生产要求。According to the requirements of material, mechanical properties and shape structure of A390 hypereutectic aluminum alloy swash plate for automotive air-conditioner compressor, an indirect squeezing casting process was designed with function of local pressurized feeding. With the total squeeze casting pressure of 100 MPa and the delayed time of 2.8 s, the centre thick area of swash plate was pressurized locally with 180 MPa for 6s, which could eliminate shrinkage defects in swash plate. The squeezed casting swash plate exhibits the features of dense structure and high dimension accuracy. Meanwhile, the average primary silicon size is only about 25 μm with absence of poor primary silicon area obviously on the surface microstructure. In addition, the design has the superiority of auto-control pressurization feeding process and adjustable ability in pressurization starting-time and holing pressure time, suitable for a batch of production.
