摘 要:通过对复合材料结合强度不同测试方法的分析比较,设计了一种在拉伸试验机上进行90°剥离的复合板结合强度测量装置,分析了装置的结构特点,研究了装置测量的稳定性和测量误差。结果表明,该装置结构简单、使用方便、对试样制备要求低、测量结果再现性好。通过对6组300℃保温4h试样的剥离强度测量结果比较,发现测量过程再现性较好;对250℃保温12h试样进行剥离强度重复测试,剥离力相对测量误差为3.1%,满足测量要求。Through comparing different measurement methods to bonding strength of copper-aluminum composites, a new stripping device for measuring bonding strength of composite laminate on the tensile tester with 90° stripping direction was designed. The structure characteristics of device was analyzed, and testing stability and measurement error of the device were examined. The results show that the device has the features of simple structure, low requirement for sample preparation and easy to use as well as desirable results reproducibility. Based on comparing peel strength measurements of six groups sam- ples at 300 ℃ for 4 h, the result reproducibility is satisfied. The measurement error is 3.1% for peeling force measurement through measuring peeling strength of the samples at 250 ℃ for 12 h, meeting the measurement requirements.
