视频字幕提取技术在广电监测中的应用

摘　　要：视频中的字幕是内容的高度概括,尤其是新闻视频,更能彰显字幕在视频内容检索和监测方面的作用。分析新闻视频字幕的特点,研究视频字幕提取的关键技术。针对广电内容监测,设计新闻视频字幕提取的有关算法,实现仿真分析。结合监测的实际情况,选取不同的新闻视频进行测试分析,验证了视频字幕提取技术在广电监测方面的应用。Video caption is the comprehensive summary of the content ,especially for news video ,it’ s bet-ter to highlight the role of the caption in video content retrieval and monitoring.Analyse the character of the caption in news video and study the main technology of video caption extraction.For the content moni-toring of Radio and TV , design the algorithm of news video caption extraction and achieve simula-tion.Combined with the actual situation of the monitoring ,select the different news video to test and ana-lyse.The experimental results verify the application of video caption extraction technology at Radio and TV monitoring.
