摘　　要：从系统的运行架构、应用技术、数据库设计等方面系统阐述了基于WEB的加班管理系统的研究思路和实现方法。系统的建立将实现从人工制作向信息自动化管理的转型,有效加强了内部管理,严肃了劳动纪律,维护了员工权益。This article systematically introduced the implementation method of the WEB -based manage-ment system for overtime work with several respects of operation architecture ,application technology ,data-base design ,etc.This system will realize the transformation for work information management from manual to automatic ,which could effectively strengthen the internal management , emphasize the labor discipline and ensure employees ’ rights and interests .
