摘 要:为了得到高效产芽孢除磷菌株,采用加热富集、连续驯化、无机磷水解圈的方法从河底污泥中初筛得到64株具有除磷能力的产芽孢细菌,对初筛菌株进行液体发酵,以钼锑分光光度法定量测定其除磷能力,得到菌株3-6,其除磷能力达34.63%.采用单因素实验的方法对此菌株进行除磷特性研究,考察了辅助碳、氮源及pH值对其除磷能力的影响,优化条件下48h对污水的除磷率可达到96.86%,并对其进行形态观察、生理生化鉴定及16SrDNA序列同源性比较,将其鉴定为蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus).In order to get the phosphate-accumulating organism, 64 strains were screened from bottom sludge, through enrichment culture, inorganic phosphorus hydrolysis ring screening and molybdenum spectrophotometry rescreening. A strain named 3-6 had the highest accumulating phosphorus rate reached 34.63%. Using single-factor experiment method study on phosphorus removal characteristics of this strain, visited the secondary carbon and nitrogen sources and pH value on effect of their accumulating abil- ity, under optimum conditions of 48 h on wastewater phosphorus removal rate of up to 96.86%. Then the strain 3-6 was characterized by morphological observation, physiological and biochemical experiments and 16S rDNA sequence homology comparison. Based on the results, the strain was identified as a strain of Ba- cillus cereus.
