摘 要:为了消除齿轮箱等机械传动系统的噪声,降低机械损耗,提出一种新型Halbach磁齿轮传动永磁同步电机。此电机将磁齿轮与永磁同步电机耦合在一起,永磁体采用分段式Halbach阵列。利用Maxwell软件,建立电机二维有限元分析模型,计算空载时电机的磁场分布,获得电机稳态转矩、空载感应电动势和齿槽转矩等电磁特性,并与传统径向充磁磁齿轮电机进行对比分析。研究结果表明,Halbach磁齿轮传动永磁同步电机具有较好的转矩传输比、较少的感应电动势谐波含量和较小的齿槽转矩等优点,可提高系统工作效率。In order to eliminate the noise and reduce the mechanical loss of the mechanical transmission system such as the gearbox,a novel magnetic-geared transmission permanent magnet synchronous machine using Halbach array was put forward,which coupled a magnetic gear into a permanent magnet synchronous machine.In addition,its permanent magnets were magnetized in the way of segmented Halbach array.The 2D model was established by Maxwell in order to calculate the magnetic field distribution at no-load and obtain the electromagnetic characteristics such as stesdy-state torque,EMF and cogging torque,which were analyzed in comparison with traditional magnetic-geared transmission machine with radial permanent magnets.The result shows that this machine has a better torque transmission ratio,less EMF harmonic content and smaller cogging torque,which can improve the operation efficiency of system.
