摘 要:基于无刷双馈电机(BDFM)等效电路电压方程,分析并推导了笼型转子BDFM异步运行时各个绕组中的电流,并以此得出BDFM转矩随转速变化的数学表达式。利用Ansoft/Maxwell建立了回路型、带公共笼条有公共端环及无公共端环三种不同转子结构BDFM有限元模型,并用有限元计算结果验证了解析推导的正确性;同时,对比分析了三种不同转子结构BDFM异步运行时调速性能随控制绕组串联电阻值的变化规律。By analyzing the voltage equation of equivalent circuit of brushless doubly-fed machine,the currents in each winding of BDFM was deduced when it running asynchronously,of which it concluded the mathematical expression of torque with speed of BDFM with cage rotor.Ansoft/Maxwell was used to establish 3 different kinds of finite element of motor models,which include the loop type cage rotor,the cage rotor with common bars and common end rings,the cage rotor with common bars but without common end rings,and verified the correctness of the above way by using the result of finite element.The law of performance of speed with variation series resistances on control winding was derived.A kind of the most perfect characteristic of asynchronously performance of BDFM was elected by using the finite element and numerical methods.
