摘 要:弧形直线感应电机在门机系统、机器人领域具有广阔的应用前景。针对实心弧形直线感应电机的转子质量过大的问题,优化了弧形直线感应电机的导电层结构、转子气隙以及钢层与铜层的厚度关系,将转子设计为空心转子。通过建立有限元模型,仿真得出改进后的最优模型。结果显示:在使用内钢层4 mm,外铜层2 mm时转速波动较小,转子损耗较小;在一定范围内,随着气隙厚度的增大,损耗变小,因此最优气隙厚度是3 mm。Arc linear induction motor has wide application prospect in the fields of door machine system and robot.For the problem that the rotor weight of solid rotor arc-linear induction motor is too heavy,the structure of conductive layer,air gap and the thickness relations of the steel and copper layer were optimized.The rotor was designed as the hollow rotor.By establishing finite element model,the optimization model was determined through the simulation.The results show that speed fluctuation is small and rotor loss is little when rotor is used 4 mm steel layer,2 mm the copper layer.And within a certain range,with the increase of the thickness of air gap,rotor loss decreases,thus the optimal air gap thickness is 3 mm.
