摘 要:以汽车暖风电机为研究对象,提出了一种基于空间矢量脉宽调制技术的电机系统减振降噪方法。分析了固定频率脉宽调制以及随机周期(即开关频率随机)调制信号的功率密度谱。对传统系统及提出的随机开关频率SVPWM系统运用MATLAB/Simulink进行了仿真,对电机输入电流进行了频谱分析,对随机程度过大时系统易出现振荡情况给予考虑,并选择了合适参数。仿真结果表明,该方法可以使谐波谱分布均匀化,从而降低系统的振动噪声,降低其对周边电子电气设备的干扰。A vibration and noise reduction method based on space vector PWM was proposed,which took the automotive heater motor as the research object.Power density spectrums of constant frequency PWM,random switching frequency PWM and the motor input current were analyzed.Simulation models of the traditional system based on constant frequency PWM scheme and the proposed system based on random frequency PWM were established by MATLAB/Simulink.The problem of system oscillation was considered when random gain excessively increases and according to this,appropriate parameters were selected.The results of simulations indicate the harmonic noise spectrum is substantially widened and vibrations and noises of the system are reduced,which also means that the interference to other adjacent electronic components is restrained.
