某渡槽混凝土立墙裂缝化学灌浆处理实践

摘　　要：南水北调中线禹长三标矿务局南沟渡槽在浇筑完工后检查发现,混凝土立墙表面有细微裂缝等质量缺陷。分析裂缝产生的原因后,认为在渡槽立墙浇筑时适缝夏季,因赶工期,混凝土养护未能及时到位,致使混凝土内外部温差增大,最终导致混凝土表面产生裂缝。经研究决定采用化学灌浆的方法对裂缝进行修补处理。详细介绍了裂缝修补灌浆的施工方法、工艺流程以及在处理过程中应注意的事项。事后检查,处理效果满足抗渗要求。Aqueduct concrete defects such as side wall cracks were found after an aqueduct was finished in Yuzhou to Changge section of Middle Route Project of South to North Water Diversion.It is pointed out that the cracks are induced by untimely curing for accelerating construction in summer period.After analysis,chemical grouting method was adopted to repair the concrete cracks.The grouting construction method,technology process and some notices in construction are presented in detail.Through investigation,the grouting treatment was proved to be effective to water sealing.
