摘  要:制定了酸铜镀液中锌杂质的直接测定方法。用氢氧化钠沉淀并分离酸铜镀液中的铜离子及铁和镍杂质,在pH=10的条件下,加氟化铵掩蔽铝,以Cu-PAN作指示剂,用EDTA标准溶液滴定锌。试验表明:本法的相对平均偏差为0.4%,回收率为99.3%。本法简单、准确,优于其他方法。A method for direct determination of zinc impurity in acid copper plating bath was established.The copper ions as well as iron and nickel impurities in acid copper plating bath were precipitated and separated with sodium hydroxide,and under the condition of pH =10,aluminum impurities were sheltered by adding ammonium fluoride,and zinc impurities were titrated by means of EDTA volumetry with Cu-PAN as indicator.The experiments show that the relative average deviation of this method is 0.4 %,and the recovery rate is 99.3 %.This method is simple,accurate,superior to other methods.
