摘 要:采用不同氮素配比及人为改变源库比例,对生育后期水稻穗颈节与基部节间的伤流进行了研 究。结果表明,穗颈节与基都节间的伤流强度随生育期变化及伤流液中的氨基酸含量和种类等存在明 显差异;库叶源调节对两者的影响差异甚大。说明穗颈节伤流不仅与根系活性有关,可能与叶片、茎 鞘及库容活性也有密切联系。合理的氮素配比有利于伤流强度的提高。By different nitrogen treatments and manual regulation of source-sink ratio, dynamic states of bleeding at neck-panicle node and basal internode of rice were studied. There were very difference in dynamic changes and amino acids of bleeding. The effects of source-sink ratio regulations on them were also significant. It indicate that the bleeding at neck-panicle node has relationship not only with root source activity, but also with leaf source, sheath-stem source and sink activity. The optimum ratio N fertilizer applied in early and late growth stage could improve bleeding intensity of rice.
