摘　　要：高校学生管理工作作为高校教育的重要组成部分,关乎学生、教师和学校的成长与发展。学生管理工作因其专业性、管理性、服务性和责任性等特点涉及到各种资源,因此,如何对高校现有资源进行优化配置、提高学生管理工作的质量和效率、建设完善的资源配置机制等问题,日渐引起人们的关注,它是高校教育的一项重要工程,也是影响高校可持续发展的重要因素。Student Management in colleges and universities is an important part of higher education, which is closely related to students growth and development. Student management is involved in all kind of resources for its profession, management, service and accountability. Therefore, how to optimize the allocation of existing resources in universities, improve the management quality and efficiency, and build a sound resources allocation mechanisms are attracting more and more concern. As an important project for higher education, student management can also affect the sustainable development of universities.
