摘 要:目的:通过对广西壮族自治区县级妇幼保健院人力资源现状的调查,分析其在人力资源配置中存在的问题,为政府相关部门在基层妇幼保健院合理配置人力资源提供科学依据。方法:采用问卷调查的方法收集广西壮族自治区内73个县级妇幼保健院目前在岗的妇幼保健人员的基本信息,对人员的年龄、学历、职称等构成进行分析。结果:广西壮族自治区县级妇幼保健院卫生人员总量不足,以女性偏多,学历和职称偏低,基层人员素质偏低,结构不合理,培养投入不足。结论:加强基层妇幼保健人员的综合素质和继续教育,增加机构人员编制,提高基层妇幼保健队伍的整体质量。Objective: To analyze the existing problems of human resource allocation by investigating the current situation of health human resources of Maternal and Child Health Hospitals at county level in Guangxi,provide a scientific basis for the relevant government departments to manage health human resources in basic Maternal and Child Health Hospitals. Methods: Questionnaire survey was used to collect and analyze basic information on age,education level,professional title and others of the currently in- service staff in 73 Maternal and Child Health Hospitals at county level in Guangxi. Results: The quantity of health personnel was insufficient,and most of them were women,the educational level and professional title were relatively low,the quality of basic staff was relatively low,the structure was unreasonable,and the funding for training was not enough. Conclusion: Comprehensive quality and education of Maternal and Child Health Hospitals staff should be strengthened,and more staff should be recruited to improve the overall quality of Maternal and Child Health Hospitals at county level.
