摘  要:通过研究新型环保载体对涤纶纤维的DSC曲线、分散染料溶解度、上染速率曲线以及等温吸附曲线的影响,探索新型环保载体对涤纶染色动力学的影响及其作用机理.研究结果表明:载体对涤纶纤维具有增塑作用,并且对分散染料具有极强的增溶作用,能显著提高分散染料在水中的溶解度,从而提高染色速率常数,缩短半染时间,提高扩散系数、饱和吸附量和分配系数;但是不会改变涤纶纤维的吸附等温线类型.In order to explore the mechanism and effect of new environmental friendly carrier on kinetics of polyester fiber dyeing, the influence of new environmental friendly carrier on typical DSC curves of polyes-ter fiber, disperse dye solubility, dyeing rate curves and isothermal adsorption curve were investigated. The re-sults showed that the carrier had plasticizing effect for polyester fibers and solubilization effect for disperse dye, which could effectively increase the solubility of disperse dyes and improve the dyeing rate constant, shorten the half dyeing time, increase the diffusion coefficient, saturated adsorption amount and distribution coefficient. However, it would not change the adsorption isotherm type of polyester fibers.
