摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己二酸乙二醇-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、氨基硅油(AEAPS)为主要原料,乙醇为封端剂,合成聚酯型改性水性聚氨酯乳液(WPU)。用红外光谱(FT-IR)、接触角、耐水性及断裂强力测试对WPU的结构和性能进行表征。采用该整理剂对羊绒针织物进行抗起毛起球整理,并测试其性能。结果表明,随着AEAPS用量的增加,聚酯型水性聚氨酯的耐水性得到改善,经WPU整理的羊绒针织物抗起毛起球性能提高1~2级。The polyester water- borne polyurethane emulsions (WPU) were synthesized by the reaction of isophorone di socyanate (IPDI), polyethylene- 1,4- buthylene adipateglycol (PBA), 2,2- dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) and amino- modified silicone oil (AEAPS) and terminated by alcohol. The structure and properties of WPU were characterized by infrared spectrum (FT- IR), contact angle, water resistance and breaking strength test. The cashmere knit fabrics were treated with WPU emulsions and their pil ing resistance was tested. It was found that the water resistance of WPU was improved with the increase of AEAPS content. The pil ing re-sistance of the treated cashmere fabrics were improved by 1~2 level.
