摘  要:采用聚四氢呋喃(PTMG)作为聚氨酯预聚体软段原料,1,4-二羟基丙酸(BDO)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)作为硬段原料,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)作为亲水性扩链剂合成聚氨酯预聚体,利用-NH2与-NCO的反应性接入三元嵌段硅油,制备有机硅共聚水性聚氨酯羊绒针织物抗起毛起球剂.以织物抗起毛起球性能及手感为评判标准,对DMPA用量、R值[n(-NCO)/n(-OH)]以及硅油用量进行了优化.结果表明:DMPA用量为3.5%(对单体总质量),R值=1.4,硅油用量为20%(对单体总质量)时,所合成的整理剂具有良好的离心稳定性,且经其处理的羊绒织物抗起毛起球性能及手感较好,与未经整理剂处理的织物相比约提高1~2级.Polytetramethylene ether glycolas (PTMEG) was chosen as the soft segment of polyurethane prepolymer, 1,4- dihydroxybenzoic acid (BDO) and isophorone di socyanate (IPDI) as the hard segment, and di-methylol propionic acid (DMPA) as the hydrophilic extender. Silicone- modified polyurethane anti- pil ing finish-ing agent to cashmere knitted fabric was prepared by grafting terpolymer block silicone oil through the reac-tion between amino group (-NH2) and isocyanate group (-NCO). The dosage of DMPA, R value (-NCO/-OH molar ratio), and the dosage of silicone oil were optimized using anti- pil ing and handle of cashmere knit-ted fabric as judge standard. The results showed that the silicone- modified polyurethane finishing agent solu-tion had a good centrifugal stability and the cashmere knitted fabric with better anti- pil ing and feeling (im-proved 1~2 level) was obtained when the dosage of DMPA was 3.5% (on the mass of total monomers), R=1.4, the dosage of silicone oil was 20%(on the mass of total monomers).
