摘  要:目的:比较黄芩饮片与煮散在相同煎煮条件下,不同时间煎出液中有效成分含量和干膏率的变化。方法:采用HPLC测定黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷及黄芩素含量,流动相甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(47∶53),检测波长280 nm。以有效成分含量及干膏率为指标,比较相同条件下黄芩饮片和煮散在不同时间点的煎煮效果。结果:黄芩煮散第1,2次煎煮时间均为10 min,黄芩饮片则依次为30,10 min。不同时间点黄芩煮散煎液中黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素含量及干膏收率均高于黄芩饮片煎液。结论:煮散的煎煮时间较传统饮片明显缩短,具有省时、省材的优点,为煮散的推广应用提供参考。Objective: Under the same decoction conditions, to compare changes of contents of effective components and yield of dry extract between herbal pieces and decocting powders of Scutellariae Radix in decoction at different boiling times. Method: HPLC was used to determine contents of baicalin, wogonoside and baicalein with mobile phase of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid (47: 53) and detection wavelength at 280 rim. Taking yield of dry extract and contents of active ingredients as indexes, under the same conditions, decoction effect of herbal pieces and decocting powders of Scutellariae Radix at different decoction time was detected. Result: Decoction time of decocting powders of Scutellariae Radix were 10 rain in the first and second time, while they were 30, 10 min in herbal pieces. Contents of baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein and yield of dry extract in decocting powders were both greatly more than they were in herbal pieces of Scutellariae Radix. Conclusion: Decocting powders had advantages of time-saving and material-saving, this study could provide a reference for its application.
