摘 要:为了克服传统设计方法在解决工程设计问题的不足,将发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)引入注塑机的机构及注射成型工艺创新设计中。在分析注塑机实际生产运行情况中所存在问题的基础上,采用TRIZ创新理论分析方法,确定了技术冲突,应用冲突矩阵表得到解决问题的发明原理,并运用TRIZ理论的发明原理所提供的思路与线索,对注塑机的注射机构、液压系统及模具加热工艺进行了创新设计。充分表明了TRIZ理论在产品概念设计中的有效性及合理性,以及应用于工程设计领域进行创新设计的可行性和高效性。In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional design method to solve engineering design problems,the in-ventive problem solving theory (TRIZ) was introduced into the innovative design of the institutions and injection molding process of the injection molding machine. On the basis of the analysis of the problems existed in the actual production operation of the injection molding machine,the TRIZ innovation and theoretical analysis method were used to determine the technical conflict,the conflict ma-trix table was applied to solve the problem of the principles of the invention,and the ideas and clues provided by the principles of in-vention of TRIZ theory were used to get the innovative design of the injection organization and hydraulic system of the injection molding machine,and mold heating process. The effectiveness and rationality of TRIZ theory in product conceptual design are fully demonstra-ted,as well as the feasibility and efficiency of innovative design applied in the field of engineering.
