摘 要:以某型挖掘机为研究对象,利用Solidworks建立三维模型并完成装配,导入ADAMS中,通过添加约束条件建立虚拟样机系统。基于ADAMS进行仿真分析,获得主要铰接点处的受力曲线、加速度曲线及挖掘范围,提出将加速度曲线与对应点受力曲线进行对照,探讨两者的相关性,分析加速度的变化对挖掘机铰链处受力曲线的影响,为挖掘机铲斗、动臂、斗杆的强度校核提供数据支持,有利于进一步对挖掘机进行优化和设计。By taking a certain type of excavator as the research object,the three-dimensional (3D)model was set up and as-sembled based on the solidworks. Then put it into the ADAMS,the virtual prototype system was established by adding a constraint condition. Based on the ADAMS simulation analysis,the main force curve,acceleration curve and scope of mining of articulated point were obtained. Compared the acceleration curve and corresponding point stress curves and investigated the relationship between them. The changing of the acceleration effects on the articulated force curve of excavator was analyzed. It provides the data support for the checking of the excavator bucket,movable arm,and bucket rod intensity to facilitate further optimizing and designing of the excavator.
