甲硝唑及定君生联合青柏洁身洗液治疗滴虫性阴道炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察甲硝唑及定君生联合青柏洁身洗液治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:将滴虫性阴道炎患者218例随机分为A(78例)、B(70例)、C(70例)3组,A组给予甲硝唑及定君生联合青柏洁身洗液治疗,B组给予定君生联合甲硝唑治疗,C组给予甲硝唑治疗,观察治疗前后各组的症状、体征、滴虫、阴道pH的变化。结果:治疗后,A、B、C 3组的有效率分别为97.4%、88.6%、81.4%。A组有效率均高于B、C组(P<0.05),B组有效率高于C组(P<0.05)。随访1月,A、B、C 3组的复发率分别为2.6%、11.4%、18.6%,A组复发率均低于B、C组(P<0.05),B、C 2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:甲硝唑及定君生联合青柏洁身洗液治疗滴虫性阴道炎临床效果最好,复发率低,值得进一步推广。Objective： To s tudy the effect of Metronidazole and micro- ecological preparation（Ding-Jun-Sheng） combined with Chinese medicine（CM） external treatment for trichomonas vaginitis. Methods： Two hundred and eighteen patients diagnosed as trichomonas vaginitis were randomly divided into Group A（78 cases）, Group B（70 cases）, and Group C（70cases）. Group A was given Metronidazole and Ding-Jun-Sheng combined with CM external treatment, Group B given Metronidazole and Ding-Jun-Sheng,and Group C given Metronidazole. Trichomoniasis alone. Signs,symptoms,and vaginal infusorian and pH changes of the three groups were observed before and after treatment. Results：The total effective rate was 97.4% in Group A,88.6% in Group B,and 81.4% in Group C. The total effective rate in Group A was significantly higher than that in Group B and C（P0.05）,but the difference between Group B and Group C was insignificant（P 0.05）. The results of one- month follow- up showed that recurrence rate was 2.6% in Group A,11.4% in Group B,and 18.6% in Group C.The recurrence rate of Group A was significantly lower than the other two groups,and the difference between Group B and Group C was significant（P0.05）. Conclusion：Metronidazole and Ding-Jun-Sheng combined with CM external treatment is effective for the treatment of trichomonas vaginitis,with less recurrence rate and being worth of farther clinical promotion.
