摘　　要：我国已进入传统农业向现代农业转变的加快推进时期,着力构建新型农业经营体系是关键路径。新型农业经营体系是由新型农业经营主体、新型农业经营组织、新型农业经营体制、新型农业经营模式构成的具有集约化、专业化、组织化、社会化特征的经营组织体系;以现代农业产业园区和基地建设为载体,同步推进土地流转、培育新型农业经营主体、创新农业经营模式、发展多元化专业化服务体系,是构建新型农业经营体系构建的有效路径和模式。China has entered the accelerating period of transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, the efforts to build a new agricultural management system is the critical path. New agricultural management system consists of new agricultural management main body, the new agricultural management organization, model of agricultural man- agement system, new agricultural management mode, which has intensive, professional, organized, operating character- istics of social organization system. Carried on the construction of modern agriculture industry parks and bases, constant- ly promoting the land circulation, synchronous cultivation of new agricultural management subject, development of agri- cultural management mode, diversified professional service system innovation is an effective mode to construct the new agricultural management system.
