摘　　要：在中国一系列转型与转换的过程中,农业部门劳动力向非农部门转移是必然趋势。在这个过程中形成了新生代农村流动者,他们的流动行为不断发生着变化。本文利用2006年以来多次在西部地区农村的跟踪调查资料,对两代农村流动者的流动行为进行了动态考察。本考察旨在揭示农民工这一庞大的社会群体的发展状况以及对中国农村发展产生的深刻影响,并在他们未来发展的基础上,针对他们在流动过程中遇到的一些突出问题提出相关的政策和建议。In the process of a series of transformations and conversions in China, the labor force shifting from agricultur- al sector to non - agricultural sector is an inevitable trend. The new generation of rural migrant workers emerges in the process, and its migrant behavior is changing constantly. By using the tracking survey data of rural areas in western Chi- na since 2006, this paper carries out a dynamic investigation of rural migrants＇ migrant behavior between the two gener- ations. The purpose of the investigation is to reveal the development of rural migrants as a large social group and the pro- found effect on the development of rural areas. Relevant policies and suggestions against some prominent problems they encountered in their migration are also proposed on the basis of their development in the future.
