Enhanced Removal of Nitrogen and Phosphorus in 3DBER Filled with Sponge Iron and Activated Carbon

摘  要:为强化三维电极生物膜(3DBER)工艺的处理功效,研究了填加海绵铁/活性炭复合填料的三维电极生物膜(3DBER-Fe)工艺与仅填加活性炭颗粒的3DBER工艺对城市污水厂二级处理出水的脱氮除磷特性。研究表明,在不同电流和HRT下,3DBER-Fe对氮和磷的去除效果均优于3DBER,其对NO-3-N和TN的去除率最高分别可达92%和81%,比3DBER分别高出20%和10%左右;在电流为40 mA和HRT=10 h条件下,该工艺对TP的去除率可达到81%以上,比3DBER高38%左右,其出水TP浓度可达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)的Ⅳ类水体标准。To enhance the treatment effect of three-dimensional biofilm electrode reactor (3DBER), the 3DBER filled with sponge iron and activated carbon (3DBER-Fe) was compared with the 3DBER filled with activated carbon (3DBER) to investigate the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus in secondary effluent from a municipal wastewater treatment plant. The results indicated that the removal effect of nitrogen and phosphorus in 3DBER-Fe was better than that in 3DBER at different electric currents and HRT. The maximum removal rates of NO3^- -N and TN in 3DBER-Fe were 92% and 81% respectively, which were 20% and 10% higher than those in 3DBER respectively. When the electric current was 40 mA and HRT was 10 h, the TP removal rate of 3DBER-Fe was more than 81% , which was 38% higher than that of 3DBER, and the effluent TP could meet the class Ⅳ criteria specified in the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB 3838-2002).
