采用斑马鱼评估地下回灌再生水的生物安全性

摘　　要：采用斑马鱼评估臭氧化和地下回灌再生水的生物安全性。研究表明,斑马鱼胚胎的孵化时间在试验组和对照组中没有差异(P>0.05),但臭氧化组和对照组的孵化率、畸形率和平游失败率有差异(P<0.05),说明臭氧对斑马鱼的生殖和发育有一定的影响;回灌组和对照组的孵化率、畸形率和平游失败率没有差异(P>0.05),说明臭氧化水经过地下回灌后毒性明显降低。试验组斑马鱼的肌肉、肝脏、生殖腺没有发现明显病变,仅发现雌性卵黄颗粒的成熟卵泡较对照组多,卵黄蛋白原的mRNA表达量从高到低为:臭氧组>回灌组>对照组,但三组没有差异(P>0.05)。结果说明地下回灌是再生水制备的有效方法,经过地下回灌的再生水没有对斑马鱼表现出生物毒性。The biological safety of reclaimed water treated by ozonation and underground recharging was assessed using zebrafish. There was no difference in the hatching time of embryos between control group and test groups including ozonation group and recharge group （P 〉 0.05 ）. However, the hatching rate of embryos, the abnormality rate and swim-up failure rate of larvae were different between the ozonation group and the control group （P 〈 0.05）, showing that the reproduction and development of zebrafish embryos and larvae could be affected by ozonation. However, there was no difference in the hatching rate of embryos, the abnormality rate and swim-up failure rate of larvae between the recharge group and the control group （P 〉 0.05 ）, indicating that the toxicity of reclaimed water treated by ozona- tion could be decreased by recharging. Tissue lesions were not observed in zebrafish exposed in reclaimed water treated by ozonation and recharging except for more mature follicles in yolk granules in test groups than those in control group. Meanwhile, relative hepatic expression of VTG mRNA abundance was in the following order： ozonation group 〉 recharge group 〉 control group, but there were no differences in all groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. These results indicate that underground recharging is an effective way to gain reclaimed water and there is no biological risk to zebrafish in reclaimed water treated by underground recharging.
