摘  要:以强化脱氮效果为目标,开展了氧化沟/膜生物反应器(MBR)组合工艺处理实际城市污水的中试研究。该组合工艺在12~15℃的低水温条件下,对总氮的去除率可达到94%以上,出水总氮浓度低于5mg/L。氧化沟和膜池均发挥了同步硝化反硝化脱氮的作用,其中氧化沟是主要的脱氮贡献单元。氧化沟与MBR形成了良好的组合,而800%以上的高回流比可加快水力循环与混合传质,使得组合工艺的整体优势更为突出。高回流比可提高脱氮效果,但将增加回流能耗,相关研究与评估需在实际工程中进一步开展。To enhance nitrogen removal from municipal sewage, a combination of oxidation ditch and membrane bio-reactor (MBR) was used for the pilot research. Under the condition of 12 to 15℃ , the TN removal rate of the proposed process exceeded 94% while the TN concentration in the effluent was lower than 5 mg/L. Both oxidation ditch and MBR contributed to the simultaneous nitrification and denitrification. The oxidation ditch had the most significant contribution to nitrogen removal and it cooperated well with the MBR. The recirculation ratio higher than 800% could accelerate the hydraulic circle and promote the mixing and contact between pollutants and microorganisms. More studies are needed to balance the advantage of high recirculation ratio and corresponding high energy consumption.
