穴位贴敷合利咽颗粒冲剂治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷合利咽颗粒冲剂治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法按照全国高等医药院校五年制教材《耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学》第七版制定的慢性咽炎诊断标准,制定临床病例纳入标准,将符合纳入标准的病例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采取穴位贴敷合口服利咽颗粒冲剂,对照组予庆大霉素、地塞米松局部雾化,并含服银黄口含片。治疗共2个疗程(20天)。结果第1疗程结束后,治疗组与对照组在整体疗效上对比无显著差异,第2疗程结束后治疗组在整体疗效上优于对照组。结论穴位贴敷合利咽颗粒冲剂治疗慢性咽炎有比较理想的疗效。Objective To observe clinical curative effect of acupoint application combined with Liyan granule on treating with chronic pharyngitis .Methods According to the chronic pharyngitis diagnostic standards of the seventh formulation of national higher five -year system teaching material “ strategic passage neck surgery of ear nose ”s of medical universities and colleges , make the clinical case to include in the standard , will accord with and include in the standard case and divide into and treat the group and control group at random , it treat adopt group it stick to point it if applying , shut there weren＆#39;t oral administration , last gentamicin control group , fill in there weren＆#39;t rice, include and take yellow mouthfuls of Buccal tablet of silver .The treatment amounts to 2 courses of treatment 20 days）.Results After the 1st course of treatment didn＆#39;t have prominent difference to compare with whole curative effects with to treat the group and control group , treat the group and was superior to the control group on whole curative effects after the second course of treatment .Conclusion Acupoint application combined with Liyan granule had more ideal curative effects on treating with chronic pharyngitis .
