清热利湿中药坐浴对肛周脓肿创面成纤维细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的观察清热利湿中药坐浴组方对肛周脓肿手术创面成纤维细胞的影响。方法将200例肛周脓肿患者分为清热利湿中药坐浴组观察和温水坐浴对照组,分别在术后第3、7、14天取创面肉芽组织,固定染色后显微镜观察成纤维细胞数量。结果在第3、7、14天治疗组成纤维细胞数量变化均与与对照组有显著性差异,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论清热利湿中药坐浴能有效促进肛周脓肿创面的愈合,值得在临床推广使用。Objective To observe the effects on hip bath with traditional Chinese medicine of clearing heat and promoting diuresis on treating with wound fibroblasts of the perianal abscess .Methods 200 perianal abscess cases were randomly divided into observation group （ used traditional Chinese medicine hip bath ） and control group （used warm bath）.Granulation tissue biopsies of wound surface on 3rd, 7th and 14th postoperative day were sampled , fixed and stained following with the microscopic counting of fibroblasts .Results There was statistically significant difference between the 2 groups of wound surface in growth of fibroblasts wound fibroblast cells postoperative on 3rd, 7th and 14th （P〉0.05）.Conclusion It could effectively promote the healing of wounds of anus week abscess to use traditional Chinese medicine hip bath and should be widely applied .
