穴位埋线法治疗抗精子免疫性不孕临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察穴位埋线疗法治疗抗精子免疫性不孕的临床疗效。方法将60例抗精子免疫性不孕患者随机分为治疗组28例和对照组32例。治疗组予穴位埋线疗法治疗,每周治疗1次,经期暂停,4周为一疗程;对照组予口服甲基强的松龙治疗,每次32mg,一日3次,连用7天（月经周期第21~27天应用）为一疗程。两组均治疗3个疗程。结果治疗组临床治愈7例,绝对有效6例,相对有效12例,无效3例,愈显率46.43%,总有效率89.29%;对照组临床治愈3例,绝对有效4例,相对有效20例,无效5例,愈显率21.88%,总有效率84.38%。经统计学检验,两组愈显率比较有差异（P〈0.05）,总有效率比较无差异（P〉0.05）。结论穴位埋线治疗抗精子免疫性不孕有满意的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of catgut implantation at acupoint in treating Anti -sperm immune infertility .Methods 60 patients were randomly assigned into the treatment group and the control group ,28 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group.The treatment in the treatment group was catgut implantation at acupoint ,1 time for a week, suspending at menstrual period , and 4 weeks were regarded as 1 course.The treatment in the control group was oral administration of Methylprednisolone ,32mg for one time,3 times a day, continued for 7 days （the 21st -27th days of the menstrual period ）,this was regarded as 1 course.Both groups were treated for 3 courses.Results There were 7 cured cases,6 absolutely effective cases,12 relatively effective cases and 3 ineffective cases in the experimental group , the remarkably effective rate was 46.43%, the total effective rate was 89.29%;And there were 3 cured cases , 4 absolutely effective cases ,20 relatively effective cases and 5 ineffective cases in the control group , the remarkably effective rate was 21.88%, the total effective rate was 84.38%.There was significant difference between the remarkably effective rates in two groups （ P〈05） by the statistical test,and it can be considered that the remarkably effective rate in the experimental group was superior to that in the control group ;There was no significant difference between the total effective rates in two groups （ P〉0.05） ,and it can be considered that the cure rates in two groups were equivalent .Conclusions The clinical curative effect of catgut implantation at acupoint in treating Anti -sperm immune infertility was satisfied .
