摘　　要：2013年1月1日施行的修改后民诉法明确赋予了检察机关的民事检察调查核实权,但未对具体行使调查核实权的适用范围予以规定。故应秉承检察监督的法理基础,遵循一定的原则,科学界定民事检察调查核实权的适用范围。January 1, 2013 implementation of the revised civil procedure law explicitly gives the civil procuratorial investigation power, but not to stipulate the scope of specific exercise right of investigation and verification. We should uphold the legal basis of the procuratorial supervision, follow certain principles, scope of scientific definition of civil procuratorial investigation power.
