涂料行业用洗手剂的研制

摘　　要：通过正交试验优化工艺参数确定了清洗剂配方的主要成份为十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)3wt%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(JFC)20wt%,乙醇20wt%,再用珍珠岩粉进行吸附制成洗手剂。试验结果表明,在室温下1 min可去除附在皮肤上的涂料渍。Through orthogonal test, the formule of active material are conformed and it contained sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate（LAS） 3wt%, Alcohol Ethoxylate（JFC）20wt%, ethyl alcohol 20wt%. The above were adsorbed with pearlitc powder crushing degree 20-40mesh completely. The results showed that coating residue on skin can be removed in one minute at room temperature.
